In this role you will be part of a dedicated international team of 9 people. You will support the group companies on all compliance issues, collaborate on various project topics and report to the Head of Group Compliance & Responsible Business Program.

- Transformative: You enhance, further develop, implement and maintain our compliance management system.
- Customer-focused: You support our compliance representatives in providing day-to-day oversight and management of aspects of the compliance program.

- Analytical: You analyze and monitor compliance risks.
- Solution-oriented: You develop, revise and update compliance policies, procedures and written standards.
- Impactful: You lead and further develop our third-party management incl. sanction screening.
- Trustworthy and empathetic: You support in managing our whistleblowing tools.
- Passionate: You possess and maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, trends and developments.
- Collaborative: You work closely and in coordination with neighboring functions (e. g. Legal Department, Sustainable Business Unit, and Communications).
This is what you can offer
- Education: University degree in business administration, law, supply chain management, or similar.
- Background: You possess professional experience in Compliance, ideally within an internationally operating company. Your expertise includes the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, coupled with strong project management skills, preferably in an agile environment. No matter if you are a Junior- or Senior candidate (f/m/d), this position is suitable for all professional grades.
- Personality: Analytical working style, solution-driven mindset, service mentality, empathetic and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
- Internationality: You demonstrate strong intercultural skills and an excellent command of English; Spanish, Portuguese or German is a plus.
- MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package, especially Excel
